Screw-Retained Arch

Either a Milled Solid Zirconia or Titanium Bar wrapped with Acrylic these screw-retained arch restorations can provide edentulous, and soon-to-be edentulous, patients with a fixed, full-arch prosthesis on the day of surgery. This provides the patient with rapid improvement in their quality of life with regards to function, esthetics, speech, and self-esteem. The technique tilts the two posterior implants so longer implants can be used and increases bone-to-implant contact avoiding vertical bone augmentation. The tilted implants can be anchored in better quality anterior bone and offer stability even in minimum bone volume.
